CONTRACTORS AND HANDYMEN RATES  

Handyman Hourly Rate:
Handyman charge $55 for the first hour of each day/appointment, and then $45 for each additional hour. There is a one hour minimum, and additional time needed will be billed in half hour increments of $22.50. Emergency After Hours from 5:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M, Sundays and National Holiday Rates are $65 per hour.

By The Job Pricing
There are some tasks that are price by the job. Examples: Painting a room is $.75 per square foot, Spreading landscape rock is $45 per ton, Installing pre wired ceiling fans is $75 each, etc. Any complex task will also be priced by the job.

Minimum Labor Commitment:
When a Contractor or Handyman arrives at clients home, client is financially obligated for a minimum of (1) hour except for estimates.

Cancellations:

If the client decides that they want to cancel their appointment with the Contractor or handyman, the client must call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If they forget to contact the Contractor or handyman, and the Contractor or handyman shows up at the property, the client will still be obligated to pay the Contractor or handyman the minimum fee of $55.

Warranty: All Contractors and Handyman are required to provide:

• A one year warranty on labor and any supplied parts, where applicable.
• Provide a timely customer service within 24 hours from the service request.
• Free Estimate on ALL service requests over $300.
